2. Artwork Approvals
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all artwork, including colours, spellings and design details, before production begins. Once production has started from customer-approved artwork, Custom Patch Artist cannot be held responsible for any errors, or for changes the customer requests.
3. Custom Patches
For custom patches, customers must approve the digitized artwork and design details before production begins. Turnaround for patches is typically 10 to 12 working days after approval.
Custom Patch Artist ships via DHL and FedEx. Shipping charges are included in the quotation and are non-refundable. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, Custom Patch Artist will reproduce it at no additional cost, provided the customer has paid 50% of the order amount upfront.
4. Digitizing and Vector Art Conversion
Custom Patch Artist offers digitizing and vector art conversion services, with a turnaround of 4 to 8 hours for standard orders and 2 hours for rush orders. Small edits are free of charge. These services can be paid for by cheque, major US credit cards or PayPal. Payment terms may vary depending on the customer’s business profile.
5. Payment Terms

6. Limitation of Liability
